AMC's Palmer tribute?

I'm probably going to get a bit of flak for this, but was anyone else just SLIGHTLY disappointed in AMC's tribute to Palmer Cortlandt/James Mitchell? While it was great to see Nina and Daisy, and it was nice they at least mentioned Ross and Petey, it would have been nicer to SEE them. I also would have liked to have seen Joe and Ruth Martin. Granted most of the characters that should have been there were either let go or died, it would have been nice to see clips of them in flashback. I did like how they mentioned Phoebe, Mona and Myrtle. Krystal just didn't fit and all Angie could say about Palmer is he showed her kindess? Seriously? And that's ALL she kept saying, lol. Anyway, for me, the best part of the whole hour was the very end, where they did the photo collage and Dixie welcomed her Uncle Palmer "home". Anyone else's thoughts, feelings?
