Ctrl key fell off, shift key is stuck...i need help!!!!!!?

SO I"M NOT TRYING TO HAVE ALL THESE TYPOS< BUT THE shift key keeps randomly getting stuck and unstuck> the ctrl key fell off a while ago and was fine but eventually the little rubber stub thing fell off too and all of a sudden my computer went crazy>>> something is happening where like if i click on something< it highlights everything>>> it"s rather annoying and if you happen to know how to fix it< please please please please please let me know!!!! and by the way< i don"t have sticky keys on< so i"m not sure what"s wrong> and just to remind you all< these typos are not for a reason>>> thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!!
