Does anyone know the name of this song by U2?

The video takes place on a beach and a mermaid is involved I think. But I think the beginning of the video starts off with someone being in a bath tub. I'm not exactly sure. I may be mixing the tub part up with something else, but the beach part is right. I'm sure of that. TIA!
