Hair experts! I have a question: I have a huge calic (don't know how to spell that) and I want bangs. Help?

Okay, so I have this huge calic above my right eye. It's untamable, if you know what I mean. Consequently, I can't seem to get the bangs I want. Every time I ask for them, and even if I bring a picture, the stylist can't cut them like I want. I know it's because of my calic, but I want to know if there are ANY solutions to get bangs even close to what I want with this stubborn calic. PLEASE suggest! The bangs I have wanted forever are the kind that side sweep really deep across the face, you know. Similar to Nicole Richie's, if you've seen her bangs like that. My calic just keeps them from staying down to my face. They stick up at the roots, so there's always this bubble. UGH! Please suggest!
