Is it possible to fly up into space and go to a planet which has water one it and then plant tree's?

I was wondering this because I heard from somewhere that there is water on a planet other than Earth, and I was like hmmmm if a planet has water on it can't we dig some wholes and plant some trees then start a new civilization what do you think is this possible?? and i know theres no air so couldn't we like build so sort of force feild arond the planet??
