What are the symptoms of a hole in your sinus? I think my tooth crown pushed up and pierced the sinus.?

I bit on a nut and a crown I had pushed way up and made me bleed. My eyes watered and since then I am all congested (mostly on that side. Is this due to a pierced sinus? who do I go to? I am seeing a guy for an crown implant but shoudl I see a different doctor for thsi sinus problem? Does it sound liek a hole?
