I'm going to be re-timed to the year 218 AD. What part of the world should I go to before I make the time jump

For obvious reasons, I'd like to stay away from places that experience war, famine, plague, pestilence, natural disasters, or any other widespread catastrophe, within 50 yrs after 218 A.D.
