My bearded dragon is not growing, not eating, and is very inactive?

i have 2 bearded dragons, they were my husbands. he was killed in a car accident in march, and ive been taking care of them now. the one (sammy) has stopped growing, stopped eating, and doesnt move hardly at all. its been this way for about a month or 2, but the other dragon (clara) is getting huge, and is VERY active. im not sure what to do about it. any advice?
