How accurate is the cpac poll?

i just read a report about how ron paul won a cpac poll recently. mitt romney came in second and sarah palin came in 9th. this really doesn't seem accurate to me but i don't know anything about this poll. does anyone know how accurate it is or if it gives a reliable idea of where things are at?
