Why on earth is the world's media banging on so much about Zimbabwe? Surely half of Africa are dictatorships

I very much agree with the questioner!I have always disagreed with British Governments 'dishing' out taxpayers money to support these brutal regimes!Of late;How much in taxpayers money has this political imbecile Gordon Brown dished out to these 'tin pot' dictators?!Instead of giving to the hard pressed National Health Service?!What is happening in Zimbabwe has come at the right time for Gordon Brown!Why?As the questioner quiet rightly says!To deflect his mishandling of the nations economy!Brown and his fellow 'toadies' must think we are all walking around with 'blinkers on'!!
