How do I cite these things in MLA format?

My English midterm is due sunday and I am stuck trying to write my works cited page in MLA format. I need to cite Emerson's essay on self reliance and two essays by Greg Braden: "Spontaneous Healing of Belief' and "Divine Matrix." Also, when citing a doentary (such as Kymatica) do I cite it as if it were a film?
