I have intensive Acne trouble?

My graduation is in two days and my face has many blemishes and a lot of acne. I ****** hate this luck. I have a huge party and the girl I like will be at graduation with me and I want her to see me fresh and clean so I can make a good farewell to her. What should I do? What is better, the 2% topical erythromicyn solution, or the Neutragena wash? What works faster. Im really ****** annoyed of my face...
