Why so many Singaporeans complain about their country, yet so many Malaysians want to migrate there?

Living standard getting higher and higher, prices of everything goes up but never comes down, why my salary didn't increase? also lots of laws and impose of fines, that's what i don't like living in my country, one good thing is good security and safety in my country is different from other countries, no riots, no wars, no natural disasters, government rules well. Lots of jobs created by government, that's why lots of foreigners besides malaysians like to migrate there.
