How did the native Nahua/Aztec women look like?

Generally,They had short jet black hair, dark complexion which served them well near the equatorial sun.. They were more rounded in shape. They probably did not exceed five feet five to five feet seven.in height. They ate the Mesoamerican triumvirate of corn, beans and squash. I am not aware of any make up except for ceremonial religious purposes.
