How does an intellectual Christian successfully & reasonably counter argue against "circular logic"?

Circular Logic being "the fallacy (or incomplete explanation) that occurs when the evidence given for a proposition is in as much need of proof as the proposition itself". EG: God exists because the bible says so and the Bible is true because God inspired it.
