What does it mean if i have a bump in my mouth?

Theres a bump to the top right of my mouth. Its as small as a pebble. I remember having these at the back of my mouth near my wisdom tooth. but They'd go away. Now i have one top right of my mouth and im curious what it is. I only floss when theres food in my mouth and i sometimes go to bed without brushing my teeth.
