Why Guys from Ghana...?

I like black guys very much, so I often click on african profiles browsing special websites and as a gay I often get emails from men or boys from Ghana asking for money. I'm wondering sometimes why so many from there are contacting us gays here in Europe. Guys from other african countries do this very seldom, not from Togo or Ivory Coast, where being gay is legal, not from Kenya etc. Ghana seems to be a special place, the risk to have (gay) as a tourist there is very high: 1.) There exist the risk of so called set-ups. 2.) The danger of being blackmailed is heavy. Then people have to pay a high amount to come free again. - Can anybody answer to my question why especially guys from Ghana are so much disturbing gays in Europe by contacting them through the internet, please?
