How can i get unbanned from lastfm?

okay well for some reason i am completely banned from the whole website! i don't know what to do i didn't do anything seriously bad or anything to get banned maybe said a few curse words but hell everyone on that site does! its like they just single out me! every time! but i can see maybe if they banned me for a few weeks or something even though i don't even think i deserve that much but dam what makes them ban me completely from the site forever? its not like i ago around spaming and cursing out every single person i see! i mean i went to a few artist pages explaining how i thought the music was trash and things... but i never even cursed then so i don't get it? just because i don't like listening to mainsteam pop i deserve to be banned? o.o i think the moderators are abusing their authority anyways how can i get back in? this is really bothering me because i was a frequent user of the site and used it to keep up with bands and things really the site is so dam strict i cant say a single word without getting warnings and **** PLEASE HELP! -__-
